For bid / RFP to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

a. Motor Oil & Transmission Fluid Bid #12-TR-87 - Awarded vendor request release from the bid awarded in October 2010 as per attached letter.  This is a reasonable request due to price volatility within the fuel market.

b. Ramp Systems and Stair Systems Bid #11-F-207 - Awarded vendor request release from the bid awarded in December 17, 2009 as per attached letter.  This is a reasonable request due to lack of performance by vendor to meet deadlines. 

c. Fence County Wide Bid #08-F-201 - The District has notified awarded vendor the bid award from March 20, 2008 has been revoked as per attached letter.  This is a reasonable action due to the continuing work requested by our Facilities Department. 

d. Fire Extinguishers Inspection / Repair / Recharging / Installation and Kitchen Hood Systems Inspection / Repair County Wide Bid #12-MA-303 - Contract Period is November 23, 2011 through November 20, 2014 – Bid established for the purchase of on-site services to provide Fire Extinguishers Inspection / Repair / Recharging / Installation and Kitchen Hood Systems Inspection / Repair as needed County Wide determined by the Maintenance Department.  Sixteen (16) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for down load and eight (8) bids were received.  The vendor awarded is the lowest most qualified responsive bidder meeting specifications.
